Constructed from dual-wall UV-stabilised high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with steel reinforcing members, the LIFETIME 10 x 8 plastic shed is designed for durability and very low maintenance. The steeply pitched roof offers excellent storage space and quick drainage of rainwater, and features 5 heavy-duty steel trusses for additional strength. The double doors have full-length steel hinges and are lockable. The black HDPE floor is slip resistant and resistant to oils, solvents and stains.

Revolutionary, HDPE, an innovative polyethylene plastic that incorporates strengtheners to fortify the composition against cracking during winter’s freezing conditions with a UV stabilisation to defend against the heat of the suns rays fracturing & bleaching the surface.
Robustly designed to prevent dents appearing, the construction is formed by combining two walls or skins. The inner side comprises an arrangement of resin ridges to provide substantial bracing with the outer skin meanwhile giving the simulation of a wood paneled building embossed with ornate wood-grain details and is crafted by state-of-the-art blow molding procedures.
Each wall panel interlinks with adjoining panels and locks into the floor then abutting underneath the roof structure to eliminate rainwater leaks at the wall-roof connection. High grade steel screws secure the panels to the shed’s steel framework resulting in a sturdy overall construction.
High Density Polyethylene is impermeable to damp, icy conditions, rainfall and the effect of the sun. Unaffected by the rot, this imperishable resin eliminates maintenance, it’s not designed for painting nor varnishing. Cleaning merely involves undertaking the odd wash, a pressure blaster makes short work of the job.

Looking for an easy slab option? Video below shows how to do a simple slab using a timber frame and bags of concrete. A slab is not required but is a great way to ensure your shed has a flat, stable base.
Some tips: Compress the dry cement before adding water - Wet the soil beforehand and continue to wet the surrounding soil during curing - Dig a small trench around the perimeter if erosion or crumbling of the edge is a concern - Use your surrounding formwork to create a level slab - Wait 1-2 hours after first misting, then apply more water via shower setting every 1-3 hours - Keep applying water for a few days to assist in curing

Although the directions were a little overwhelming at first, I made it through with no problems by just following each step and taking my time Very well made product and looks great in my yard! My husband and I assembled this garden shed in 12 hours. We laughed together and felt the satisfaction of a completed project.
The assembly itself is well laid out much like building an advanced lego kit! Thankfully my husband is good at that kind of thing, I make a pretty good assistant and Lifetime is brilliantly organized.
Finished project is adorable and sturdy and satisfying!!

I put this up about a month ago. Very easy to put together and instructions were simple to follow. Did it by myself in about 7 hours with a few helping hands when needed. Looks great in the yard and a ton of storage. Had a few big rain storms and held up like a champ. Decided to get one of the Lifetime playsets as I was so impressed with the shed.

I bought the shed 2 months ago. My wife and I set it up in 3 hours taking our time. Directions were clear and easy to understand with helpful times for common set up issues. Shed is a great size. I am able fit my lawn tractor, tow behind cart and all yard tools and then some in this shed. This freed up one side on my garage. Makes the Mrs. happy, always a good thing.
My shed was missing 7 screws. Not a show stopper. Life time sent the screws and a few extra out quickly.
Very impressed with the hooks. Easy install and really help organized space in the shed.

Recently purchased this shed and has met all expectations and seems to be very cell made. I was able to put the entire shed together by myself and recommend using a tablet to watch the videos as you go. Also I split it up into 2 days by completing everything I could possible do before assembly in my garage. That made the actual shed construction much more manageable. Also make sure your surface is a level as you can be ( helps make the doors work better…my only minor issue)

I’m a 70 year old, but very active and blessed with good health. I received my shipment on a Wednesday afternoon and stored it beside my car in the garage. I started on the assembly Thursday afternoon after a morning at the golf course. I worked on it for a few hours and started again Friday morning. Not in any hurry, I worked on all I could in the garage, then Saturday morning I moved to the spot where it would sit. I completed the foundation a week before it arrived, so Saturday’s work was finished by 2:00. I installed solar lights inside under the skylight. It looks great with the evening lights shining inside. Just for appearances mind you. If a 70 year old can do this, it has to be a cinch for you younger folks. Very practical and attractive in my back years.

Here’s my take. It took 4 people 4 hours to put it together. The instructions were pretty detailed but it just takes time to understand it all. Plus the extra hands were very helpful. It’s well made from what I can see and should hold up. Plus the idea of being able to move it more easily than a wood construction shed is nice. Worth the money.

I tried buying this shed for a year and it kept becoming unavailable every month so I back ordered it! When I did that I received it the same month! Unfortunately there is a roof cap missing and about 20 screws!! I contacted customer service and they were very helpful will email me and ship parts out this week! I haven’t gotten email yet so I hope I get the parts soon so we can close up the shed as it already rained and the shed is built with hole in roof!
