HDPE: Environmentally aware, Lifetime’s manufacturing process embraces recyclable High Density Polyethylene, using a resin that can be re-formed into alternative products when the time comes to replace.
Revolutionary, HDPE, an innovative polyethylene plastic that incorporates strengtheners to fortify the composition against cracking during winter’s freezing conditions with a UV stabilisation to defend against the heat of the suns rays fracturing & bleaching the surface.
Robustly designed to prevent dents appearing, the construction is formed by combining two walls or skins. The inner side comprises an arrangement of resin ridges to provide substantial bracing with the outer skin meanwhile giving the simulation of a wood paneled building embossed with ornate wood-grain details and is crafted by state-of-the-art blow molding procedures.
Each wall panel interlinks with adjoining panels and locks into the floor then abutting underneath the roof structure to eliminate rainwater leaks at the wall-roof connection. High grade steel screws secure the panels to the shed’s steel framework resulting in a sturdy overall construction.
High Density Polyethylene is impermeable to damp, icy conditions, rainfall and the effect of the sun. Unaffected by rot, this imperishable resin eliminates maintenance, it’s not designed for painting nor varnishing. Cleaning merely involves undertaking the odd wash, a pressure blaster makes short work of the job.
Looking for an easy slab option? Video below shows how to do a simple slab using a timber frame and bags of concrete. A slab is not required but is a great way to ensure your shed has a flat, stable base.
Some tips: Compress the dry cement before adding water - Wet the soil beforehand and continue to wet the surrounding soil during curing - Dig a small trench around the perimeter if erosion or crumbling of the edge is a concern - Use your surrounding formwork to create a level slab - Wait 1-2 hours after first misting, then apply more water via shower setting every 1-3 hours - Keep applying water for a few days to assist in curing

Our shed came in and I completed the build a couple of weeks ago. For others out there wondering, yes – it can be built by one person. However, at least one extra set of hands would make it go much faster and easier on the body. With that said, I am pleased with the aesthetics of the shed in our yard and the space that it provides for us.
I would purchase again if needed, as I’m sure that we will enjoy for years to come. The only thing that held it from 5 stars for us is that it seems a bit flexible, even after all of the supports are in place and the unit is complete. I’m sure that it will be fine for our needs and geography, but I notice that there is still a very slight bowing of the walls/ windows. This is probably long thought out and tested by the company, and used to keep shipping weight down and material costs affordable.
Again, we are thrilled with the shed!

Bought 2 months ago. Had a slab poured for it (easier). Hubby and I assembled at night over a few days to avoid daytime heat. Very sturdy. Will last. Read directions. 4 boxes total weight 350kgs. Curbside delivery. They put it at the top of driveway for us though. Worth the money. No issues or concerns. It’s just as pictured.
Recommend making sure you’ve got which doors go together and at which side figured out first. Also check floor peg hole placement for doors before putting up walls. Mostly assembled by hubby with minor help holding roof panels during screw placement and balancing doors while the bottom of the hinges were adjusted. I would definitely recommend. The doors are not labeled which are which entry/pair but we were able to figure it out.
Directions include recommendations on foundation as slab but also dictate building your own wood foundation for it if you want to go that route. Wood would have cost same as slab for us as our neighbor is in concrete pumping and did slab for cheap. Would have gone slab route anyway with the weight plus stuff we are storing. Figure slab wouldn’t have to be replaced and will last as long as shed. This thing is DURABLE and sturdy. Definitely worth the additional cost over steel or wood which have maintenance requirements and this does not.
Very happy with it.

Initial organization and de-burring took a couple of hours, but was a time-saver overall. I sorted and pre-assembled everything I could in the comfort of my three car garage. This is most preferable to trying to do this outside. Assembly was fairly straight forward with just my wife and I. There were no surprises, everything fit together well and all doors, windows, and locks work perfectly.
After a couple of hot days I found a screw from a ceiling panel on the floor and I wondered if had maybe got some of them mixed and put a smaller one where a larger one should have been…there are two sizes that are very close. It took us about two hours to unbox and organize everything and about 16 hours of assembly time. I would buy this again.
The manual suggests using a phone app called Bilt, I probably couldn’t have done as well without, I HIGHLY recommend using it! All the instructions with 3d models are very helpful in the app.

I just ordered this shed and finished constructing it two days ago. I received the shed a few days ahead of time, and after building the base, it took me about 2 full days too build without help. My only suggestion is too have the pictures in the directions a little bit bigger, as it is hard to understand what they are suggesting some times. I am very happy so far with this’s product so far.
