Constructed from dual-wall UV-stabilised high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with steel reinforcing members, this shed is designed for durability and very low maintenance. Revolutionary, HDPE, an innovative polyethylene plastic that incorporates strengtheners to fortify the composition against cracking during winter’s freezing conditions with a UV stabilisation to defend against the heat of the suns rays fracturing & bleaching the surface.
Robustly designed to prevent dents appearing, the construction is formed by combining two walls or skins. The inner side comprises an arrangement of resin ridges to provide substantial bracing with the outer skin meanwhile giving the simulation of a wood paneled building embossed with ornate wood-grain details and is crafted by state-of-the-art blow molding procedures.
Each wall panel interlinks with adjoining panels and locks into the floor then abutting underneath the roof structure to eliminate rainwater leaks at the wall-roof connection. High grade steel screws secure the panels to the shed’s steel framework resulting in a sturdy overall construction.
High Density Polyethylene is impermeable to damp, icy conditions, rainfall and the effect of the sun. Unaffected by rot, this imperishable resin eliminates maintenance, it’s not designed for painting nor varnishing. Cleaning merely involves undertaking the odd wash, a pressure blaster makes short work of the job.

I took careful note of the many comments of folks having issues putting this shed together. Having bought Lifetime products before, I knew there would be a thoughtfulness required to build properly. The quality once built, is second to none. Worth every penny and investment of your time. I did pre-drill holes and utilized the BILT application. It took about 4.5 hours at a calm and steady pace. The roof placement did require some extra thought, moving and pushing things around, it also fit perfectly. Again, pre-drilling holes made the final steps a non-event.

The Shed is sturdy and seems like it will last. The roof is difficult to install, but I don’t feel that should qualify it as getting a low rating. I am a handyman and putting together furniture, etc. is one of my specialties. To install the roof I wound up removing the steel roof supports, securing the Left side of the roof to the shed, re-installing the roof supports and the, securing the rest of the roof. I also wound up needing my wife to hold the roof down and in place while I screwed it in

Overall it’s a nice storage unit. Looks nice, plenty of room, good materials. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is if you take time and put the unit on a flat level surface the rain tends to puddle on top. Also the rain water flowing off the top towards the front can flow around the roof edge and into the shed behind the door. A small rain gutter for the front would be nice. Otherwise I’m satisfied.

I recently bought two of these Sheds, knowing the name brand I knew I had acquired the best. At first I felt intimidated by the book of instructions that came in the huge box. But when I started to look at the assembly I noticed that it was rather very easy to put together. The reason for the book is because the building instructions are very well detailed. I actually had fun afterwards puting these two sheds together. Well worth the price and Lifetime quality.

Assemble this today & didn’t go so bad. I highly recommend that u READ the instructions & pay attention WHICH bag u open & WHERE u spread out the screws & bolts. It’s straight forward. The only downside I had while building was I had to pre drill holes before screwing in some screws. Definitely need 2 people especially when it came to put on the roof. Overall great product should last many years to come.

A bit tough to put together but well worth it. I found the 65 pages of instructions somewhat confusing and had to improvise when assembling, but watching the Bilt video helped immensely. I like the final product. There was a piece that was bent in the box but after a phone call, a new part was sent to me and arrived in just a few days. Great support.
